Patch Repairs
If your drain pipe is damaged in a particular section, we can remotely repair these sections using an epoxy patch or pitch fibre repair kit.
Patches can be overlapped to effect a repair of any length that is required, through which minimal internal bore is lost. Lateral connections can be re-opened.
Size Range
- 50mm up to 750mm flexible packers are used for access into tight manhole chambers.
- Re-rounding of pitch fibre pipes from 100mm diameter upwards
- Flow through packers are used so:
- No over-pumping is required
- Minimal disruption
- 2 hours curing time
- Cures structural defects, infiltration and root ingress
- Patch lining is very cost effective, reliable and durable within a flowing sewer pipe
- If you have a structural defect within your pipe patch lining is effective as not having to line or excavate the pipe
Example:
Your defect is 35metres into a 100metre pipe, packers will be used to install a patch liner, within 2 hours the job is completed and the pipe is restored to working order.
All works carried out using environmentally friendly materials.
Localised liners are an effective way of carrying out in-situ structural repairs within a sewer without the need for over-pumping.
